1. Open Options -> Content (about:preferences#content), click "exceptions" button
2. Click on magnifier icon in searchbar, click "Change search settings"

AR:  Preferences switch to about:preferences#search, but popup opened in Step 1 is still open
ER:  Either X or Y
 X) A new tab with about:preferences#search should open, according to bug 1208208 + bug 1208222
 Y) Popup opened in Step 1 should close.
