STR_1:
1. Right-click on Australis menu button, click "Customize..."
2. Right-click on downloads toolbarbutton, click "Remove from toolbar"

STR_2:
1. Right-click on downloads toolbarbutton, click "Remove from toolbar"

AR:  STR_1 - button teleports to the end of customize palette.  STR_2 - button teleports to beginning
ER:  In both cases button should teleport to the same place.
