STR_1:
1. Open new window. Open http://example.org/ in a new tab in that window
2. Type "asdf" in urlbar in that tab
3. Drag-n-drop the tab to another window

AR:  Url displays "example.org"
ER:  Url should display "asdf", because I surely did that on purpose

while it's a valid report, I don't think there's much point in spending time on this. common operations should overwrite the typed value also to protect from spoofing.
