>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 49, 32bit, ID 20160526082509 STR_1: 1. Open url https://twitter.com/thehill, scroll the page to the top 2. Click on the free place on the page. While header (selector ".ProfileCanopy-navBar") scrolls with the page (doesn't stick to the top border of content area), press Down key to scroll the page down. 3. Press Up key once AR: The page horribly twitches (teleports up by ~300px, then down by ~300px ER: No twithing, just like on GoogleChrome

I don't use Twitter, but I encounter a similar bug on other sites. Tested in Firefox 57. Duplicates 1103394, not Tech Evangelism.
