STR_1:
1. Open new tab, paste "http:/example.org/" in urlbar
2. Click on the free space on the page

AR:  "http:" is highlighted as domain
ER:  "example.org" should be highlighted as domain

Note:
 Relevant code is /source/browser/base/content/urlbarBindings.xml , regExp "matchedURL". This is not
 up-to-date version of the code, but it's a reliable link (latest version is /mozilla-central/):
