 A) Set DPI level -> 125% in your OS   [OR]
 B) Set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx -> 1.25
1. Open new tab
2. Move all toolbar items (except searchbar) to Australis menu
3. Move downloads toolbarbutton AND bookmarks toolbarbutton to toolbar
4. Move home toolbarbutton OR options toolbarbutton to toolbar

AR:
 Step 3 - no changes in Australis menu button, no changes on the page
 Step 4 - icon in Australis menu button moves by 1px down, content on the page moves by 1px down too
ER:
 No movements in Australis menu button. no movements on the page
