>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 49, 32bit, ID 20160526082509
STR_1:
1. Log in on site https://vk.com/
2. Open messages - https://vk.com/im (optional: start a conversation with somebody)
3. Press F10 once

AR:
 All content on the page immediately twitches to the bottom, so footer teleports by ~30px lower than
 usual. Then after 0.5s footer teleports back.
ER:
 Footer shouldn't visually twitch, just like in non-e10s mode

Note: This doesn't look like APZ issue - it seems that content area updates its height w/ delay

No longer blocks: 1277113
User Agent 	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0
Build ID 	20170130030205

I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest Firefox Release (51.0.1) and on the latest Nightly (54.0a1). It is not reproducible with e10s disabled.
