2. Press Ctrl+Shift+C, click on the gray area to inspect it.
3. Select <body> node in markup
4. Hover mouse over the gray area on the page
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+C, move mouse within the gray area

AR:  No visible action in markup, element highlighter doesn't start
ER:  Element highlighter should highlight <div> element on the page and in markup
