0. Copy text [1] to clipboard (all text after "[1]")
1. Open url   data:text/html,<body></body>
2. Open devtools -> inspector -> rules
3. Click in box "element { }" to start typing new rule
4. Press Ctrl+V to paste text copied in Step 0. Press Enter if bug 1223067 isn't fixed

AR:  All rules are pushed to the left by ~30px, UI looks a bit broken (similar to bug )
ER:  Items shouldn't be pushed to the left, UI should look better

Note:
 Currently (2016.11.20) bug1223067 is about automatically creating a new rule. So I filed this bug for
 fixing UI at last (or probably for devtools developers to confirm that UI should indeed be broken).
 (I found this base64 on Youtube, totally didn't created manually)
