If one selects Help|About Mozilla, the Info Page will not be shown in the
browser. After that if one exits the programm a process "mozilla" is still
available. This can be verified by the task manager. The program cannot be
started again until this process has been killed by Taskmanager.
This problem does not occur in Linux.

Reporter:
Have you instaleld mozilla over an older build ?
(If yes: Please uninstall/reinstall mozilla)
If thjat doesn't work:
Please try a new profile (run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an additional
test profile)

The new profile creation was helpful. Now here comes a more precise bug description:
-In order to reduce complexity delete the bookmarks file from the current user
profile
-Start mozilla and let mozilla create a new bookmark file
-Please add a new bookmark into the Personal Toolbar Folder with a link to a
local harddrive e.g.
Name: AWinPartition
Location: file://c:/
-Then try to open any location with a new window. That will not work.
