2. Scroll the page to the bottom, then to the top (it'll load some iframes automatically)

2. Open devtools -> inspector, find an iframe, replace its src to "http://example.org"

1. Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google
2. Execute "location.hash='asdf'" w/o outer quotes in console/scratchpad

AR:  Tour tooltip containing some description of reader view disappears
ER:  The tooltip shouldn't disappear, because location didn't change, and content didn't changes
