AR:  3 'keyup' events of Ctrl key fire on the page
ER:  No 'keyup' events. I haven't interacted with keyboard

I have tested this issue on latest Firefox (50.1.0) release and latest Nightly (53.0a1) build, but I could not reproduce it. 
I have opened the provided URL, opened the Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+k), clicked on the page and I saved the page from Australis menu, but I didn't see any events on web console, only if I use keyboard.

Considering the fact that the reporter's account is disabled and I haven't managed to reproduce this issue I will close this issue as Resolved - Incomplete.
If anyone can still reproduce it on latest versions, feel free to reopen the issue and provide more information.

Reproducible.
Probably specific to my machine, considering comment 1. Please keep the bug in Unconfirmed state.
