Any time I try to download something, Mozilla connects to the remote system, then crashes before the download commences. I've tried reinstalling Mozilla to no avail. I have also deleted Mozilla files in ~/Library/Mozilla and ~/Library/Preferences/Mozilla*.*
Reporter, this bug report is incomplete without the ID of the build you were using. You can see this in the title bar of Mozilla, a string of the form 2002mmddhh (mm = month, dd = day, hh = hour). This is particularly important because there was a Mac bug which caused all downloads to fail on builds on 17/March and 18/March. If your build ID is 20020317xx or 20020318xx then I suggest you download a newer build (using another browser :-)) and try again. This bug could then be dismissed. If you are using a build other than these then please provide the build ID so the problem can be properly investigated.
