2. Open ruleview, look at color swatch near rule "border: 1px solid hsla(0, 0%, 100%, .1);"

AR:  Color swatch is transparent (white on light theme and black on dark theme)
ER:  Either X or Y
 X) Color swatch should display transparent background just like before bug 1238133
 Y) It should be said clearly that yet another thing is being killed,
    and all CSS for .ruleview-colorswatch::before shouhld be removed

This is regression from bug 1238133. Regression range:
