Ctrl+Right arrow doesn't move caret to the end of last word in some [contenteditable] elements

This didn't work before bug 1153237 was fixed, then it worked nice for a while, until bug 1248128. So, bug 1153237 is still not fixed completely. This is regression from bug 1248128. I cannot reproduce this on OSX with 53.0a1 by option+right.
Windows can reproduce this...

nsFrameSelection::TakeFocus returns error because mResultContent is out of limit.
