1. Open attachment 8666006 [details] (from bug 1208489)
2. Click "Options" button in notification below urlbar  ["Blocked popup" menu will appear]
3. Click "Options" button in notification below urlbar

AR:  After Step 3 "Blocked popup" menu blinks (disappears and reappears)
ER:  After Step 3 "Blocked popup" menu should hide.

 If you're reading this, please note that according to bug 1251569 comment 8, bug 1251569 comment 11,
 Mozilla developers (Marco Bonardo spoke for the whole team) have chosen a way of endless workarounds:
 they use the same hack for each occurrence of this bug (and want any extension to also implement
 that hack) instead of a real fix; this direction of "development" affects the outcome.
 You can see this in bug 1148716, bug 1251569.
