1. Open https://news.rambler.ru/ or https://life.ru/ or https://slon.ru/news or http://lenta.ru/
   or literally any site that suggests push notifications
2. Wait until the site in Step 1 loads and shows push notifications notification
3. Click in urlbar

AR:  Content is focused
ER:  Urlbar should be focused

This is not bug 1219510, because notification doesn't literally steal focus when it opens

This is regression from bug 1259148. Regression range:

I remember that it might be bug 1219510, but so far I had no time to check where focus gets restored, it seems that the page gets focused in any case, which is not bug 1219510. I have unreliable internet connection right now (4 days). This should be checked once wave of notifications "improvements" slows down (e.g. bug 1321947 is fixed)
