AR:  Step 2, Step 3 - shape of rounded corners changes, what causes minor flickering
ER:  No flickering. Rounded corners shouldn't flicker

This is regression. Good old Firefox 28 is unaffected, Nightly 49 (2016-05-26) is affected

I have verified this issue on latest Nightly (Build ID: 20170104030214) and used mozregression tool for Firefox v28.0, Firefox 19.0a1. On all builds there is some sort of flickering. I think that this issue is there from the beginning.
