13282 - page is not rendered correctly and Javascript does not work correctly

If you view my web site thru IE or Netscape prior to mozilla all is well. This
one page has major problems. 1) Some text should be yellow, but shows up black
thru build M9. The Javascript does not work correctly. It opens a window but
opens it up with the wrong information. It seems like it is missing a /tag
somewhere and it meses up the entire page. MUST See URL:

wrong component.  i didn't poke at it that much but i'm pretty sure this is not
javascript.  needs to be narrowed down to a simpler test case.

Ok, the problem is something to do with residual-style.  Assigning bug to my
self.
