Also not sure how the en-US file was created, since it misses target-language. Manually fixed both issues in

Is it possible that this file is missing target language because source-language is the base language? Does this matter?
Updated the en XLIFF using:
  xcodebuild -exportLocalizations -project Blockzilla.xcodeproj -localizationPath l10n -exportLanguage en
