Setting P3 as it's rare and is only affecting the GMP process.

The problem with this kind of failure is that there was a crash (without dump) in the GMP, but we are only seeing the eventual failure in the test on the parent side because the GMP didn't do what it was supposed to do.
And since there were only 2 occurrences in 2 weeks, it's a very hard issue to reproduce before we can attempt to solve it!

Chris, would you know why we don't get GMP minidumps?

Given that there are errors in the log such as:
" [GMP 12347] WARNING: pipe error (3): Text file busy: file /builds/slave/m-cen-lx-d-0000000000000000000/build/src/ipc/chromium/src/chrome/common/ipc_channel_posix.cc, line 346"

.. and other errors, I'd guess that we've run out of available file descriptors.

Given it's so rare, I'd not bother looking into it.
