Cf. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1235547#a32090866_368084 works if you're using modal view, doesn't otherwise (see bug 1235547 comment 31).
Given that we're going to make modal the default soon, and eventually remove the old UI, I'm leaning toward WONTFIX here, even if it might be a bit annoying occasionally.

Agreed. We will not be doing any further enhancement work on the old stock bug form and instead improving the modal form going forward. dkl
