Details

[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 50.1.0
- Firefox 51.0b11

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10
- Mac OS X 10.11
- Ubuntu 14.04

[Prerequisites]:
- Adobe Flash Player is installed on the OS.
- On a new Firefox profile, Shockwave Flash plugin was set to "Ask to Activate" from "about:addons" page in "Plugins" tab. 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to http://dagobah.net/flash/ page and click on any image.
3. Observe the top part of the page.
4. In a new tab, Navigate to Mozilla complete themes add-ons page (https://goo.gl/bpj6GM).
5. Choose to install the"FT DeepDark" (Windows & Linux) or "LavaFox V2 (Mac OS) complete theme.
6. Choose to enable the theme and restart the browser when requested.
7. While observing the top part of the page, refocus the image tab and refresh the page. 


[Expected result]:
- Step 2: The Flash plugin "Ask to Activate" notification bar appears and persists on top of the page.
- Step 7: The Flash plugin "Ask to Activate" notification bar appears and persists on top of the page.

[Actual result]:
- Step 2: The Flash plugin "Ask to Activate" notification bar appears and persists on top of the page.
- Step 7: The Flash plugin "Ask to Activate" notification bar briefly appears and disappears each time page is loaded.
