Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 SeaMonkey/2.39
Build ID: 20151103191810

Steps to reproduce:

Opened several tabs from links. What page doesn't matter.

This was SM 2.45 beta on XP64.

Actual results:

The pages displayed normally, but each address bar displays the URL from the previous tab. Closed and restarted twice, same problem with different sites and pages. Only the first tab displays the correct URL.

Did not clear history.

Expected results:

Address bar should show the URL for the currently selected tab!

>> This was SM 2.45 beta on XP64.

The 2.45 beta had known problems with the location bar up to a point. They were adressed in bug 1272401 but needed a followup fix in bug 1296838. Please reopen if you can reproduce this with 2.46 in a clean profile or safe mode. Extensions might also be broken by the original bug which broke SeaMonkey.
