STR:
1. Download and install RTL version of Firefox Nightly
2. Open a tab.
3. Open a New Container Tab
4. Open another tab, doesn't matter if it's a container or not
5. Go back to the container tab you've opened
6. Hover between tabs from steps 2-4
Actual results:
See attached.
Expected results:
No highlighter artifacts.
The same can be said if the container tab is the last tab on the list, and you hover the Add New Tab button ('+').
