2. Install latest DownThemAll! *nightly* extension - "downthemall-nightly-LatestDate.xpi"
3. Enjoy constant 100% CPU usage of one of its cores.
4. If it's not reproducible at first,
restart Firefox and redo 1-3 points of this STR.

I don't think so, this isn't happening on a release version right?

Doesn't look like it. I only asked because it came up in our weekly regression triage.
It's a nightly version, so I don't think we should track this unless it's got really high usage.

DownThemAll is not compatible with Firefox 57, which is latest stable version, so I'm closing this bug as WORKSFORME.
