From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020311 BuildID: 20020311 (0.9.9) Mozilla does not save a web page + files directory (web page, complete) over an unmounted network drive. For instance if I would like to save http://www.mozilla.org's page into \\SOMESERVER\SHARENAME\SOMEDIRECTORY directly. This issue is not apparent if you mount a network drive under a drive letter (i.e. drive X:) and then attempt to save the same page through drive X:\SOMEDIRECTORY. Also, this does not apply to saving web page HTML only or text only. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load http://www.mozilla.org web page 2. Select File->Save Page As... 3. Browse through Desktop->My Network Places->Entire Network->Microsoft Windoze Network->SomeDomain->SomeServer->SomeShare 4. Try to save your prenamed www.mozilla.org.html (with Web Page, complete selected) into the share or some directory under the share 5. Look into the directory under Explorer and attempt to look for the file(s) you just saved Actual Results: I can't find the .html file nor the _files directory. Expected Results: The web page is saved as a .html file and an additional directory with a suffix of _files should be present.

Thanks Ben, You are correct. There is reference to this issue within bug #120957 within additional comments #22. "Moreover, if I save to a drive with a standard share, like \\mycomputer\c$, this works for html only, but not for complete web page."Albert
