I see everything else, but it is not clear where bugs in the composer should be
filed.

Since Composer (historically) has almost always been bundled with Navigator, you
need to go to Navigator and find Component:  Editor: Composer

Perhaps the "Browser" explanation should be appended with "and Composer"?

History aside, as interesting as it may be, the "average" user would find it
much easier if the index page simply had an entry "Composer".
I did, in fact, find it eventually.  However, for "beta" software it is in the
community interest to get maximum feedback; and anything that frustrates or
discourages a user filing a report is (IMNSHO) unfortunate.

bugzilla isn't a user forum. it's for testing and development. if regular
bugzilla users can't find something then we need to do something about that. i
don't think that's the case. eventually we're going to reorganize but creating a
Composer Product isn't happening any time soon.
