I have not seen any email about a temporary password and I'm still getting "permission denied"
Is there anything else I need to do?

This ended up being my confusion about what user name to use. On https://login.mozilla.com/ssh_keys_index it says "SSH Username: johannkoenig" but I had to set my .ssh/config to use "johannkoenig@google.com"
