Recently I got pinged by Jeff asking why the webdashboard wasn't working, and realized the server is serving some sort of homepage https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/ My proposal would be to create a very simple page, no frills, explaining in a sentence what the server is used for, and links to existing locale folders and tools. While checking I've also found a var/www/django folder, that I assume could be removed. @Pike Can you confirm that's the case for that folder? Also, strong opinions against doing this? Who else should be involved in this discussion?
No objections. The django folder might be a left-over from back when that machine hosted the product dashboard, too.
I'd also need some feedback on the text to put in that page, e.g.
Localization Community Server

This server is used by the localization community at Mozilla to host tools, personal and team folders.

Tools
Links to some of the tools hosted on this server:
Team folders
(Link to folders with actual content)
Let's make if official and ask Jeff :-)
Looks good to me :-)
I didn't put a list of team pages, since only Polish has something and it's really old. Cleaned up several old folders though https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/
