Steps to reproduce:

I gave some feedback on some animation I'd encountered on certain sites in Firefox.

I have to go through the toolbar menu.


Actual results:

... But the toolbar menu animates as it opens. Some other menus simply appear open.

I got a migraine between the animation I'd encountered on certain sites, and the animation there.


Expected results:

Either it should just open without animation, or it should have a preference setting so users can open *all* menus without animation.
