Steps to reproduce:

i downloaded universal IDM software from a website .when installed this software  it tooked entire control of my mozilla .some website does not allow me to sign into their website.when i opened mozilla it show a different homepage.


Actual results:

it totally ruined my mozilla firefox and not allow me to login to any web sites.it begin to start downloading some software automatically


Expected results:

the software which i downloaded (universal IDM) actually taken control of mozilla firefox

It is not surprising that installing bad software can take over not only Firefox but your entire computer.
