Bug 1309049 - move embedding/ files out of that directory is making some changes to some xpt files so this needs to be reflected in SeaMonkey's package-manifest.in file
Over in bug 1330757, I updated all the references to those .xpt files that I found in comm-central, including the one in suite/installer/package-manifest.in.  Is that the one for SeaMonkey?  If so, then it should get updated when the patch in that bug is landed.

Yes, covered by the suite/ part of that patch -> DUPE
