User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161208153507 Steps to reproduce: 1. Close Firefox if already open. 2. Go to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Reina_restaurant_Istanbul.JPG 3. Long press on the image to open in new tab and immediately go to the new tab and tap the Share Menu (as soon as it appears). Actual results: The image download halts abruptly. The webview spinner also stops shortly, indicating that the image won't be downloaded any further. Expected results: The image download should not get interrupted by tapping of the Share Menu. If you are not able to exactly reproduce the problem, the following might help. 1. Share Menu usually takes about a second or two to open up. But, will open up faster on subsequent attempts. Hence, I suggested closing firefox before attempting to reproduce. 2. While the image download is happening, try playing around with whatever menu button you fancy tapping on. Of course, do make sure to tap on Share Menu as soon as it appears though. I know, this sounds bizzare. But, I keep my mind busy by tapping what I fancy while the damned thing gets downloaded :) And, that made me find this bug.
Btw, the direct link to the image is https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/31/Reina_restaurant_Istanbul.JPG. But, I wasn't able to reproduce the problem by directly entering it into the url bar. Hence, the long press to open in new tab approach is the only way to reproduce it.
