This may or may not be related to sandboxing - I was running into flaky clipboard issues yesterday on my local OS X build. Stuff about sandboxing was being dumped to the console, and when I reduced the sandboxing level from 2 to 1 the issues went away. I didn't spend any time investigating but since there's now an intermittent failure for OS X clipboard stuff I figured it might related.
