CI has been broken since e7a1797d902a (or possibly 6afbfb530cae since the tests were coalesced, although the latter seems unlikely given the changes).  The offending changeset was backed out, but the failure persisted.  It passed once but then failed again, so it appears intermittent, if frequent.

The error is "Can't contact LDAP server".  Here's one test log:

I did a full image rebuild on my machine and a full test run, and all tests passed.  Possibly something timing related that is being triggered by the CI environment.
