Details
This is a followup to bug 1306327 and bug 1306329 to refactor the bootstrap API. The original patches in bug 1306327 did some of this, but my rewrite just limited itself to transpose the current XRE_* functions to go through a vtable, as I wanted to go further in such a refactor, with the goal of making nsBrowserApp.cpp as small as possible.
