1332025 - Update the favicon to match the new identity

The favicon in the live website is not yet changed to adapt the new identity of "moz://a" :)
I am not sure, but I guess it should be changed over here,

We're slowing moving over to the new brand identity and will pick this up over time. 

This may a good first bug and we'll whiteboard it as such if so.

We also need to update the logo in the footer on a few pages:

* /technology
* /internet-health
* /internet-health/privacy-security

We added the new logo in the header there, but the footer still shows the old one. We should update the footers on those select pages now and eventually we can update the footer globally.

Ahoy Alisha,

I've made a .ico file as well as .png files at a few sizes that you can use, if you haven't done this already. You should be able to drop these into the /media/img folder replacing the ones already there (two are in the image root and two are in a /favicon folder).
