Details

can't turn off printing of Header and/or Footer information, PPC 8500/266 6G
totalHD/208ram, HP855C with newest driver software over Appletalk. But there are
no buttons or boxes or prefs anywhere I can find that would let me turn off
Header and Footer information printing. What's up?
