User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161208153507 Steps to reproduce: I opened http://lesenergiques.org/ on my Samsung Android tablet device (Galaxy Tab III Lite) using Firefox and Chrome. Actual results: On Chrome for Android, the HTML/CSS Bootstrap menu (top-right corner, three parallel bars) of this one-page website worked fine. On Firefox for Android, the very same menu did not work at all (you click on an item, and nothing occurs). I suspect two things: - Firefox for Android ignoring anchors - Firefox for Android introducing some "optimization" on that prevent reloading the same page programmatically (which is necessary on this one page websites) Nota bene : using a Firefox for Windows, and the development tool called "adaptive view", I simulated the same screen configuration. And this time it worked fine! Therefore, Firefox for Android "optimizations" are certainly the root cause of this problem. Expected results: Chrome (for Android) is the reference browser nowadays. Firefox for Android should deliver the same user experience on such a straightforward case. Unfortunately it does not. Thanks in advance for your help!
Mike do you or someone from your team have time to look at this? David I assume that you are using the most recent version of Bootstrap v3.3.7 or the 4.0 prerelease?

Kevin, I do confirm that this website is using Bootstrap v3.3.7. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey David, we can't reproduce on our devices (or on emulators) -- have you tried in Nightly on the same device? None of us have a Samsung tablet though, it's not impossible for it to be a device-specific issue.

Hi Mike, thanks for the feedback! In fact, I do confirm that the bug does not show up on emulators. I suspect an implementation issue in the Android version of Firefox but I do not have tried in nightly on my device. On your side, did you try on a Samsung tablet? I suggest we let this open, and wait for a potential improvement with a future Firefox release.

I don't have access to a Samsung tablet, unfortunately. If you're willing to install Nightly to check, that would be really helpful: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/android/
For the record, it seems it's not happening on my Google Nexus 7 tablet or Samsung Galaxy phones either (Androids 4 and 6). I just tried today's nightly and Firefox 51.0.2 on my tablet and phone, and the "hamburger" menu is working as expected. I don't see any notes in the error console, either.
Hi Mike and Thomas, thanks a lot for your feedback. I just tested again on my Android tablet with FF v51.0.3 (unfortunately, I do not have time to play with nightly builds). The behaviour has changed slightly: the hamburger menu works once, then stops working when I try to select another menu item. If I switch to another tab and do something there, the hamburger menu gets a reboot (so to speak), and starts working again... once. IMHO this is definitely a FF issue on the Android tablet. On the very same tablet, Chrome handles this perfectly.
i am on Fennec 53.0a2 Build ID: 20170212084044. ls-4001/android 5.1. the menu works fine, i am able to view all five webpages listed on three horizontal lines.
