Steps to reproduce:

Hit F12, click on "Take screenshot of entire page" icon


Actual results:

The screenshot doesn't show animated section of the page


Expected results:

This feature should simulate scrolling so animated section shows up and whole page appear in the screenshot.

p.s: by animated section I mean image a page used some plugin like http://scrollmagic.io/, the demo page is great testcase :)

I am not sure we would want to do this. Whilst scrolling a bunch of elements could be shown or hidden and the whole page can be animated... as an extreme maybe all items on a page disappear when you start to scroll... you certainly don't want to be making the page scroll in that situation.

I think best solution is adding some option to control that (if you think some guys will be unhappy with that), when I want to take screenshot form whole page, always I want to take screenshot simulate the scroll (almost all plugins/extensions do the same). please see other screenshot tools for that.

I'm web developer and I didn't see any page (that using animated items) hidden important item(s) on scroll. they show important item(s) on scroll. atm if I take screenshot from this kind of sites, I missed almost all elements of bottom of the site.

BTW, today I found out take screenshot in RDM take a picture just from the visible content (for example for 320*480 resolution, the screenshot size is 320*480 , but the height of the page is more than that.), I had to take 7 screenshot and use Photoshop to make them one picture. it's not great I think.
