User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

- Install the latest version of Unity WebPlayer https://unity3d.com/webplayer
- Enable Multiprocess Windows feature on about:config page or preference page (for Developer Edition)
- Open website where used Unity webplayer plugin, for example: https://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup
- Find any container with content overflow and scroll it


Actual results:

webplayer container will blink


Expected results:

when user use scrolling webplayer container shouldn't blinks

This is a well-known issue with windowed-mode plugin scrolling on Windows, and technically almost impossible to fix unless Unity switches to windowless-mode rendering. Starting with Firefox 52 we have stopped supporting the plugin, so I'm going to resolve this WONTFIX.
