User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 SeaMonkey/2.47 Build ID: 20161222015808 Steps to reproduce: * Opened the Customize Sidebar window (from sidebar > Tabs > Customize Sidebar) * Pressed OK to close * Opened the Customize Sidebar window again Actual results: Window is 39px taller than last time, but the same height Expected results: Window should be the same width and height, or at least something reasonable
