As part of the transition of support.m.o from Kitsune to Lithium we would like to change the DNS entry of 

  support.mozilla.org 

to 

  CNAME hwsfp35778.lithium.com

This is scheduled to happen on 

  Jan 31st 2017 around 14.00 PST

Please confirm availability.

Update: The migration is on it's way. We are 2 hours behind on schedule and we're looking to switch over around 16.00 PST / 00.00 UTC / 02.00 EEST.
