dom/media/standalone was part of an attempt to make a standalone version of webrtc usable for external libraries. We've given up on this project because of the numerous dependency issues with having a "small" XPCOM, but we're still building this directory/library. This change removes the directory and library, which helps with XPCOM glue/string API removal.
