Steps to reproduce:

1. Run any Arabic versions.
2. Open about:preferences#general
3. Confirm fileFieldIcon and fileFieldLabel

Please find attached image.


Actual results:

- fileFieldIcon is wrong position
- fileFieldLabel does not have border-inline-end


Expected results:

- fileFieldIcon is in opposite position (the right side)
- fileFieldLabel should have border-inline-end 1px solid
