Steps to reproduce:
As from subject in Windows 7 create a link with -private parameter and run it
Actual results:
No purple mask icon
Expected results:
Yes purple mask icon
Permanent PB mode has no purple indicator.

Please, before closing bugs, try to reproduce them :)
-private command starts FF in permanent private mode.

Opens a new private browsing window in an existing instance of Firefox. Firefox 20 and later only.
