With LastPass enabled, the LDAP authentication dialog box cuts off the OK and cancel buttons, on a Mac. I can't see the button to click through, tab or other keyboard nav doesn't appear to work, and zooming out doesn't change the font size, so my only option here is to disable LastPass and restart the browser. I'm not sure when this started happening - fairly recently.

Examples - this happens on trying to login to pto.mozilla.org and nucleus.mozilla.org.

Did you update to Firefox 51 recently? It's possible LastPass is incompatible. (This isn't something the LDAP team will be able to fix, though - it's definitely an issue with the LastPass addon and Firefox.)

I've been getting the same thing with Firefox 50, not just on Mozilla web sites. Seems to be a more general Firefox/Lastpass issue.

Or can the add-ons team help take a look? I'm not sure if it's LastPass issue or a change in Firefox recently (This only started happening when I updated to 51)

Which version of lastpass are on, the 3.x or 4.x version? Either way lastpass is a legacy add-on and so it could be anything causing this. Suggest we ping someone on the lastpass team.

This screenshot is definitely LastPass 3.x. I recommend trying with LastPass 4.x:
