133359 - Connection to a site or a mail server fails when the PPP link is still in progress

This affects both the browser and the mail app.

If you connect to a site or a mail server while the PPP connection is still in
progress (ie. the password validation is in progress) Mozilla compalins that it
can't connect to this site or to this mail server. But when the connection is
fully established (and you can ping the www 
server) it complains about the same problem then before. If you restart Mozilla
everything works fine again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. dial to an ISP
2. during dialing type an address in the address box and hit return
3. wait until the PPP link is established
4. hit return again in the address box

Actual Results:  I restarted Mozilla and everything worked fine again.

Expected Results:  When the PPP link is fully established it should connect to
the site or the mail server specified.
