Details

The current limit of ten votes for the Browser component should be increased,
because the number of bugs worthy voting on has also increased.
I'd vote for this bug, if only all my votes weren't already used up.

Seriously, I think this is a good idea.  One thing to do would be to make the
number of votes for a particular section propotional to the number of open bugs
in that section.  Another idea would be to make a user's maximum votes depend
upon his or her Bugzilla activity, so that a newbie with only one bug and no
comments will only have a few votes, but old timers will get a lot of votes
(perhaps with a cap propotional to the number of open bugs).
